We hope you love your items, but if this is not the case please do contact us to discuss your order and check the returns policy as each item is different depending on the designer. Please email us at let us know and we will inform you of the returns address, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt. Any products originally shipped direct from our international designers will will need to returned to their returns address. Please contact us for the returns address. All goods must be returned in original condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you want to return an item of furniture you must notify us within 14 days. All costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and the customer bears all return shipping costs. Please contact us at if you require any assistance.

Please note wallpaper samples and all Wallpapers are non refundable unless faulty, please purchase a sample prior to placing your order to check colour and design in person. 

Please note some items are non-cancelable & non-refundable, these include:

    • Any item made to your specific requirements such as Art work printed to your colour specification.
    • Any personalised item which can't be resold due to a bespoke element. 

iBride accept returns for faulty goods or unopened boxes. 

Graypants Lights accept returns for faulty goods only.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
