Delivery & Returns
Delivery Objective:
At Lime Lace we offer the fastest and secure delivery experience for our customers.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. Please visit the ‘Delivery Tab’ on the individual product page of the item you are interested in for UK lead times. Average delivery time is 2-5 Days.
Preorder items will show an estimated date for when stock should be ready for delivery. These dates can change and move unexpectedly beyond our control, please keep monitoring the product page for updates or feel free to contact us and we will be happy to update you with the current estimates restocking date.
*Please note most items are shipped direct from our designers, we will forward the tracking details by email as soon as we receive them.
Delivery Charges:
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 and free on orders over £100.
Wallpaper Sample UK delivery is £2.65
Europe Tracked delivery is £35.
Worldwide Tracked delivery is £50.
*Please note for Europe and Worldwide the delivery price is for items 5Kg and under, if the parcel exceeds this we will contact you after you have placed your order to confirm the exact delivery charge and confirm the delivery lead time.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship extra large items such as furniture and rugs internationally.
Import duties and taxes are payable on all orders delivered outside of the UK. These charges must be paid by the parcel recipient and are out of our control.
As a result, we are unable to tell you what the charge may be because customs policies and import duties vary across countries. Lime Lace recommends contacting your local customs office, who will be able to advise you of current charges before you place your order.
Returns:
We strive to deliver all orders safely and securely but if by any chance your product arrives damaged, or there is an issue which cannot be resolved with either a full replacement or replacement parts, the item can be returned to Lime Lace and we will issue a refund. Further reductions to the refund may be made if the item shows signs of use or damage.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
We hope you love your items, but if this is not the case please do contact us to discuss your order and check the returns address as each item is different depending on the designer.
Please email us at info@limelace.co.uk let us know and we will inform you of the returns address, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt.
All goods must be returned in original condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office or courier. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If you want to return an item of furniture you must notify us within 14 days. All costs incurred through shipping are non-refundable and the customer bears the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@limelace.co.uk if you require any assistance.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
Please note all our wallpapers are printed to order are non-refundable please purchase a sample prior to placing your order to check colour and design in person.
Please note some items are non-cancellable & non-refundable, these include:
- Any item made to your specific requirements such as Artwork printed to your colour specification.
- Any personalised item which can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
- All Wallpaper orders as printed to order.
- All paint orders are tinted and made to order.
- Fabric cut to size.
Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days but under 6 months, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault, but we will give you the opportunity to repair or replace any faulty goods.
If a fault develops after six months we will ask the customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement.

For trade orders: We do not accept returns on trade orders. Cancellations cannot be made unless we are able to cancel with our supplier first.
